It doesn't bleed when it gets wet and absorbs water nicely without getting sopping wet immediately. I like the plush thickness, but if you want it right up against a door, it might be difficult to open and close the door over it. I have it placed where a door doesn't have to open or close over it, so it stays in place well and I'm not worried about slipping as I get in or out of the shower.I've mainly knocked off a star since the design of "BATH" in raised plush is very hard to see. I love how soft it is when I step out of the shower and it's a perfect size.The bottom has a nice, flexible rubber that keeps them from moving around. For testing, I did wash and dried them many times and they’ve held up as good as new (and did not shrink at all after being dried on medium/high heat).
