I use the shampoo and conditioner and the pre-wash treatment. I’ve used this now for about 4 years and, at 61, my hair is the healthiest it’s been. As my hair is damaged and is rather slow at growing from styling and dying etc and has taken 6 year to get to under collarbone length ( with a few split end haircuts) At first I used the Shampoo and Conditioner every wash leaving the shampoo in for a couple of minutes (doesn't lather up a lot) and leaving the conditioner in for about 5 minutes using a small amount (absorbs quickly into the hair) after a few days of constant usage I cut it down to once a week. It leaves the hair quite stiff and clean feeling but when the hair is dry its very shiny, manageable, healthy looking and once styled I have noticed that it holds my chosen style better then when I've used normal products. I have been using this for just under a month now. I have also used the Lee Stafford growth conditioner treatment with this one to help spread it around to use less of the expensive one and i feel it really helps as the both do similar things but the Lee Stafford is so much cheaper I feel less guilty lol. My boyfriend notice how much I loved it and got me the Pre Wash treatment which I haven't been leaving on over night like advised as I haven't got the time, but have been using for a couple of hours before washing and it feels great. A lot of reviews have said the Shampoo and conditioner don't do much but since I have used it all separately for a while I can see that they work better as a group of products ( not just a gimmick/ selling point). I have also been using the Pre wash as a leave in conditioner after straightening or curling and its like it adds extra life, gloss and makes it even more healthier looking the before. sometimes after washing I feel the products leave my hands feeling just as clean and a bit dry. It doesn't make your hair grow if your under that impression. but it makes it stronger and healthier so whilst its growing the ends (that get less nutrients from the body) don't split and snap off so you retain length and its able to have a chance at getting longer. and leaves it soft and shiny. its only been a couple of weeks, I've cut my usage time down so I don't waste this expensive product and my hair doesn't get familiar to it and it eventually does nothing but already I've grown around 1cm (improvement on my 1cm a year lol) there's a noticeable difference in appearance, feel and management.
