The ankle straps might not be great for excessive weight multiple times a week but 20-30 lbs seems totally fine for me. The band is pretty light weight but just enough; with overly excessive use I can see it being stretched out pretty easily but still incredibly useful! I Love the pastel pink color!!! This was a steal of a deal and I am so happy I bought it.

i am an "all things pink" girl to the core!!! and i loveee the gym! so why not combine the two??? honestly, having cute gym equipment motivates me even more to go! it's such a small but significant difference to my fitness routine. and who says that working out can't be stylish??? i've been using the same set for almost 10 months now and all the equipment is still in good condition, it's very durable & reliable.
