Found this lady on youtube, and so I bought her book. She's a women's physio, and a mine of information. She is informative about women's health and that's everything from healthy eating, healthy mind, healthy body, menopause, prolapse, your sex life...you name it. It's generally for women to feel the best they can and look after their bodies. I think every woman should have this.

Thank you Brianne!! This book is exactly what I have been looking for but could not find for the longest time! I tried reading books on the exact topics Brianne has touched upon but they were either too academic for lay person to understand (hold attention long enough to comprehend) or only skimming on the surface of the topic. Every female should owe a copy of this!
