Can it last a more than a month unopened?** A: 22/03/17 and I bought a 6 pack 3 weeks ago...so about 9 months **Q: Are the almonds used in this product blanched or raw?** A: It's hard to tell but my impression is that they are using blanched ones (color). Delicious.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Way better than cow's milk! *by V***N on 18 June 2017* I became lactose intolerant around the time I turned 30 so that means no more cereal and chocolate :( I can still eat pizza because for some reason mozarella doesn't trigger a reaction, but most other cheeses are bad for me and some are even painful. White chocolate is borderline deadly. I've tried "lactose free" milk which is just normal milk with added lactase to break down the lactose, but it can still cause a reaction. This Almond milk tastes better than dairy milk, it has a long shelf life before opening, and I can do just about anything with this that I could do with dairy milk. My mum tried baking some arabic sweets with it and they came out better than ever. A bowl of cereal with Plenish is just as filling as one with dairy milk.
