Hygiene. Usually a plastic peel off or flip under screw top - "skin/film" formed on top - sort of dry. Will not use product on eyes or lips and hesitant to use other than on feet or hard skin. Love this balm

Really unusable and disappointing. Too dry for use of lips and too sticky for use on skin such as cuticles or dry areas. The price does not match the quality and it doesn’t smell nice.
