Flavor is somewhere in between a frito and a restauramt style chip. They are a thicker chip so they are excellent if you are the kind of dipper that always breaks off your chips. I have tried a fair number of different tortilla chips (in California) and I have to say (echoing what others have already said), these are the best I've had in a while (no, just kidding, that is a Food Paradise TV show joke that I love but nobody will probably get but me...), these are I think definitely the best tortilla chips I have ever had that came out of a bag.
