Q: Is this motor brushed? i need to use it with an esc in a rc model.

It is a brushed motor not brushless. You will see on pic that it has two terminals and not 3.

Q: what diameter is the actual drive shaft, 6MM?

Yep 6mm round side to round side (smaller of course if you measure the single flat side)

Q: is the shaft loose or wobbly? I want to mount a 5" plate on the shaft and have it turn without wobble.

No obvious wobble but I'm only driving a 1 inch wooden gear. It appears a sturdy metal geared gearbox and at 30rpm I think it would be ok but depends on weight and accurate balancing of a 5 inch plate
