My scalp always needs a dandruff shampoo because it's dry (although my hair gets greasy at the roots) and large flakes can build up at the hairline. This is so, so soothing and I massage it gently into my scalp and I feel good as new. Such a relief. I use it every time. The scent is lovely too with cactus extract, aloe vera and vit E. I don't wash my hair every day so I shampoo twice each time I wash. Massage all over and leave on for couple of minutes which does the trick. It doesn't dry out my hair (which is bleached by hairdressers) or seem to strip out the colour.
