Andrews states that everyone has the ability to see auras and that aura seeing can be developed with practice by doing the exercises in the book. This book is very informative and details how the eyes work and how the cones and rods in them (as well as the iris) can be stimulated/exercised in order to see the aura.Also, there some activities you can create for yourself to help you see auras and the author also outlines how to make simple "tools" in order to read and become more sensitive to auras. These tools are pendulums and dowsing rods, and although they work, there is one aspect the author has overlooked to telling to reader, which is to exercise caution when using these tools. I firmly believe these methods do work, but be careful when programming your tools because you may unexpectedly draw lower entities to you. I suggest saying a protective prayer or a protective ritual before doing any dowsing with either rods or pendulums.Aside from this, the book covers some ways (and meditations) to heal, strengthen and protect your aura. I find the meditations to be highly effective, and have seen some results in using them.Overall, this book is worth keeping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only did the exercises once so far... *by M***3 on Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2011* Okay, so this is actually my first time ever writing a review on Amazon. But after getting this book, I just had too. I've only done the exercises once so far, but I'm already getting the results that the book says I should get sooner or later. It's actually really amazing. Especially when I was looking at the colored circles clockwise and there was color moving with my eyes. I was also able to see the aura around my hand, though I wasn't able to see the colors yet. However, I'm sure I'll be able to see the colors soon enough. After that, I'll start working on seeing other people's auras. This book is truly amazing. Though I've always been good at the daydream stare, I'm sure anyone who actually gives the exercises a chance when start seeing auras. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You really can do it! *by N***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 3, 2016* Every time I read one of Andrews' books, I am amazed at how clear and precise his instructions are for learning skills that most people consider something you're born with rather than a learnable skill. This book is no exception. He gives several exercises for your eyes to train them to regain the skills we were all born with (but society teaches us to forget).
