## Description

Flexim roof mortar is a ready-to-use, elastic roof mortar that is vacuum-packed with 10 strips per box. An important part of Flexim is the natural product linseed (linseed oil putty), which has been used for centuries in the construction industry. Thanks to the addition of feather-light, CFC-free polystyrene, Flexim can be used very easily and quickly on all roofs. Instructions for use: Remove the Flexim strips from their packaging. Apply Flexim to dry, clean bricks, using the gloves provided. When repairing work, remove loose cement remnants. Please observe a minimum adhesive surface of 5 cm. Place ridges with your hands. Press ridges firmly into the Flexim. Cut away excess Flexim. Smooth with spatula or trowel Do not use in persistent rain. Immediately after use, clean hands, tools and any dirt on the bricks with a dry cloth. Use turpentine if necessary. When laying hip tiled on Flexim, we recommend additional anchoring. The desired ventilation of the roof can be achieved with ventilation bricks. Why Flexim?
