These are about the size of a tablespoon (aka dinner spoon) from my flatware set, although the handles are longer and they are much lighter in weight. These are spoons you can use for tea as opposed to "teaspoons," which are usually much smaller than these spoons. I haven't had these very long, so I cannot speak to how they stand up long-term. However, based on the quality, I do not expect any problems during use.
