Review: Great pan - This pan is great. I have made blueberry muffins tops, chocolate chip cookies, and shortbread cookies and they all baked very well. Crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, yum. I brushed the cups with butter and nothing stuck. Clean up is a breeze. There is one downside however, there is not much of an edge to grab onto with an oven mitt to remove the pans from the oven.
