**Q: is the bullet wood or composirt.plastic?**
A: It is a metal case and it is a piece of junk do not waste your money. If you are looking to get a quality pen in this style go on easy or try your local gun show there will likely be a veteran selling pens of all sorts.

**Q: How do you remove the refill? The pen I received has a plastic ring between the shell and the projectile.**
A: Twist the "projectile" piece counter clockwise to unscrew and reveal the pen refill.
