This lock is still working great. We LOVE it. Today we replaced the batteries for the first time. We had this lock installed and working, after about 4- 6 weeks we began having issues with the lock not unlocking from the inside. I reached out to Customer Service and they advised me how to correct the problem. After about 2 days, I began having the same issue. I reached out again and they advised me what to do and that corrected the issue for a couple of days and then began to have the same issue. I reached out once more and requested a replacement lock because obviously something was wrong. We could get in the house but we couldn’t get out without using the key. I contacted Customer Service around 7 or 8pm and I had a new replacement lock on my doorstep by 10am the next morning. Now that what I call Great Customer Service.
