Great add-on item and a simple solution to adding Bluetooth Music from any device! Works well and picks up from where your music left off from your phone! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works on NTG4 Audio 20 / Nav 20 (2012 GLK350) *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2021* So I will try to be as specific as possible about what vehicle this worked in as I hope it helps people make the right choice.This worked in a 2012 (MY2011/Pre-Facelift) GLK350 4matic. The entertainment system is an NTG4 / Audio 20 with the Navigation 20 upgrade. The Nav20 is supposed to give a bluetooth option (which shows up on my phone with a device name of UMI) but it doesnt maintain a connection. The Nav20 does also add a 30pin ipod connector which is what I used to connect this adapter.I did not need to use the cable that came with the adapter as my vehicle doesnt have the UMI connector. I suspect the UMI slot is occupied by the Nav20 box attached in the glove compartment.Now there is limited functionality as you cannot control the track or use any steering wheel control but I suspect that could be that I am connecting to it with an Android rather than iPhone. The screen also reads "Error" but the audio works so I just switch to the Trip screen or something else.Overall it worked as expected, it automatically connects to my phone for audio when in the car. No issue and havent needed to open the glove box since installing and I have rated it as such. My unit reads as i-link on my phone and the instructions worked great. ### ⭐ Avoid at all costs. *by F***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 4, 2022* The product that I received was not as advertised. It looks like it cost about 5cents to make. It was not labeled. The pathetic instructions said it is not for cars early than 2009 and the ML was not compatible, which is not what the ad says.
