I liked this epsom salt and it had a nice frangrance, but for me it was not enough of an enhancement over the kind I buy at the local drug store for a fraction of the price to rationalize repurchasing it. He works in construction, so he frequently mentions that he gets muscle aches and pains. He has tried various other salts and products but he says that ManSalt has worked best out of everything he has tried.I can vouch for the product myself. I would get frequent soreness from doing Insanity Workout, Les Mills Pump and Combat but ManSalt helped to relieve the soreness.
