Short trips, I only take a half, longer a full. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for cruise *by Q***E on November 16, 2024* I get seasick, and the patch doesn't agree with me. My doctor suggested these. Be warned...they are not non drowsy, but less drowsy than the other medications. I took it at night, and started it 2 days before the cruise so the meds were already working and I slept through the initial drowsiness. I only needed one dose that I took every night , but we had a couple of rough nights at sea, so I doubled the dose those nights and I had no problems. It made my cruise stress free and so much nicer not worrying about getting sick! You have to take them before you start traveling, at least one hour before. If you're already sick, these won't help. It's important to take them EVERY DAY you travel.
