I only have a few greys so that wasn't my main concern. But I have fair patches and thinner patches and overall this gives a much more even look. I found the dark brown/black really harsh and fake looking but this medium brown is really natural looking and think would suit most brunette shades. It's mixes and brushes in easily and although it does stain the skin initially it fades over the course of the day.
