**Q: I’m in the UK, are these dvds region free?**
A: In Panama they have worked without any problems.

**Q: What is included in the FlintRehab**
A: I gave it to me daughter who suffered from a debilitating stroke. It came with several cds. Quite helpful. But I don't think she used them consistently. If you get them use them daily. The only way to succeed is to work your brain as much as possible. I would recommend them but also try and find a yoga class for stroke survivors.

**Q: I fell down stairs and broke my wrist, so I'm looking for a program to strengthen my feet, my core and my hands. Is this video suitable for me?**
A: It is for movement recovery after stroke, so if you are not extremely weak and are otherwise healthy, it would take many, many repetitions in one session to make it effective as a strength builder.

I suffered a stroke 20 years ago. I made a respectable recovery and Have been productive member of the society. I have never stooped improving. However, this is a great motivator. I just loaded and spent 20 minutes with Disc 1 (Arm exercises).The therapist Barbara's voice is gentle, it quickly became clear that the exercises will help me reach my goal of restoring my body to it s "near-original" state. I also purchased, but never used Fit Mi by the same company (Flint Rehab" This DVD set has motivated me to use the FirMi immediately.

The information and the demonstrators were both good, and useful for someone in post-therapy. The more self-motivated you are, the more you will enjoy the sessions. If you have a high degree of spasticity, you will need help from another person to do some of the exercises.Four stars because the editing of the DVD could have been better. The menu pages have blasting loud music, and one menu page has the sessions out of sequence.

My husband has aphasia due to a stroke 3 years ago. He has right side weakness and not able to speak. He has attended physical therapy for the last year on and off with transportation being an issue. These videos were a God's send! My husband loves them. They are very easy to understand. The trainers on the video incorporate items found around the house in the exercises so no need to buy expensive exercise props. The exercises themselves hit the mark. I highly recommend these videos.
