Then a loud rattling sound was made every time I ran the dehumidifier. I contacted the company with the extended warranty and they referred me to the manufacturer as it was less than an year and under the manufacturer warranty. I contacted desertcart, who gave me a generic email which bounced back. desertcart never responded to my request asking to check the email and provide working contact details. I looked online for the manufacturer, based in the US and never got a response. I am extremely disappointed as the product worked well, but only for a very short time. And no one has been able to support me to get it fixed or replaced. Review: I didn’t realize how much moisture I had in my room until I tried Simsen’s dehumidifier. I liked it to the extent I bought another one.
