I made chicken breasts in this in less than half the time it would have taken to sautee on the stove. As much as I cook, anything that cuts down on my time in the kitchen and on my feet is a bonus! It is self explanatory on how to work it, just remember to NEVER not have liquids in it with your food. I can't make rice to save my life on the stove top, it always gets stuck, burnt, looks done but is still crunchy, dried out, or just nasty. In this? SOOOO simple! And I can act like a pro even though I didn't stand there for 3 hours trying to get it perfect. I LOVE IT!!!
