Can anybody confirm it they've stored garlic in these? I don't like the smell in my fridge.

Yes, I've used these bags to store garlic, onion, ginger. Great at keeping smells in and keeping everything fresher longer.

No you don't.. I do if I'm storing beans or anything like that.. But in the main I don't use it just seal it.. They're brilliant..

Are these able to be used in the microwave

No, you can’t use these in the microwave or dish washer and they have to be washed in lukewarm water. They’re not heatproof.

Can you use these for sous vide cooking?

Not sure what sous vide cooking is but I wouldn't say they were good for too much heat. I have melted 2 with hot/ boiling water. I use them more for storage in cupboard or freezing.
