Review: Perfect Fit - I needed a hose for my dust collector. It was a perfect fit for the 4 inch port on the collector. Hose is nice and flexible and bendy to get to any spot in your shop. I needed a hose for my dust collector. It was a perfect fit for the 4 inch port on the collector. Hose is nice and flexible and bendy to get to any spot in your shop. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solution to fit problems

I have read a few reviews indicating problems with fit on 4” dust collector accessories. I had the same issue with my product. I spent probably 30 minutes fumbling with the host and the fitting - it would not fit over a standard 4” coupling. It had also been sitting in an unheated garage for a couple months. I used a heat gun on the end to make the hose a little more flexible. You could see the hose expanding as heat was applied. It worked quickly, and within a few seconds easily slid onto the fitting. After having left it clamped to the coupling overnight (low 30s temp) it now has the shape of the 4” coupling. It easily slid off of that and onto another fitting with no issue. I suspect a hair dryer would do the trick as well.
