We only bought it to make lentil soup....typically was too late to return by time found this out. Sturdy pan hence the 3 stars but totally no use to us in the capacity it was bought for. I think this lentil/ barley issue should be mentioned as I'm sure lots of people use their pressure cooker only for soup. Disappointing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent. Having never used one before he was a bit nervous about spoiling his good food reputation in our house...
