## Description

This cooking sauce is a short-cut method to cook the world-famout Mapo Tofu while keeping the authentic Sichuan taste. Cooking Instruction: 1. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cube and simmer in the boiled water for 3 minutes and get out of water for later use; 2. Add vegetable oil in the wok and heated to about 300F, then add 1 ounce of minced meat (pork or beef), stir fry it; 3. Add in the MaPo Tofu Sauce and stir fry with low heat till the flavor comes out; 4. Add water and tofu into the wok (one or two cup depending on the amount of tofu) Warning: This sauce is very spicy, which might cause pain in your mouth, tongue or stomach if your tolerance level for spicy food is low. Please adjust the amount used in your dish according to your taste.

This makes very authentic tasting Mapto Tofu without the bother of having to find all the spices.  At full strength this is VERY spicy, so it is for the serious chili head / Sichuan cuisine fan.  The English directions on the back are somewhat vague so it does help to understand the dish / recipe.

Please do not purchase this product if you love your body. I was already skeptical when reading the back of the label that had stickers covering the actual package/ ingredients.Sticker said "Non-GMO" and when I peeled it off, the label said GMO and other ingredients were different than the actual packaging. It was my fault I sill gave it a try. I only used two table spoon of the sauce, thinking it would be harmless; but here I am, suffering with stomach pains from the harmful ingredients.Please, whatever you do... buy a different brand of mapo tofu sauce or make it from scratch. You do not want stomach pains!
