If you are a "foodie" or have the time and skill to prepare your own Indian meals at home, then you can perhaps do better. But given what it is, I am a fan. It's easy to prepare and enjoy, especially with basmati rice... a reasonably healthy and tasty meal for me. I have enjoyed this "fast food" many times on the road when the alternatives were quite brutal. Dump in 2-3 packages of this veggie and spice mix, and you have a hearty meal. Which veggies is flexible based on whats left in your refrigerator. It can be served over rice or with flour tortillas or flatbread or pita. It's an easy hearty 3-4 meals with 80% of the work already done for you and tastes great.
