My coffee tastes as it should, and I can appreciate the quality of the roast and the nuanced flavour notes in the bean.The product is very easy to use. Took me a while to get the hang of it because of the way the instruction manual is set out, but there are some excellent reviews here which detail how to set up and use the product.I find that 2 tablespoons of beans (I use the measure that came with my cafetiere) is enough for one mug (around 250ml of water) and take about 30 seconds to grind.I like to savour my freshly ground coffee on leisurely mornings off, and this product is an excellent addition to that ritual.
