The bleed screw could be a little smoother *by A***S on May 21, 2025* I was sick of using the electric versions which were not that accurate. I decided to go ahead and get a real real version. I'm able to do it with one hand. The screw for the bleed could be a little smoother to operate with a finer thread. Otherwise it works fine once you get used to it and the results work well. I use the small cone of the stethoscope that seems to work better than the big one, which doesn't work for me at all that.
