**Q: How thick are the sheets**
A: The sheets are the sort used by butchers to wrap meat. Possibly 0.5mm thick but strong, don't rip or puncture

**Q: Are the sheets safe to go in the freezer inside a freezer bag?**
A: Yes, I would think so but I haven’t done so yet.

**Q: Are these non stick?  Can I use to store several items say burgers and remove only one if it’s individually wrapped in this?**
A: Yes - these are non-stick for use in the freezer.  It's the same stuff as the Lakeland freezer layering sheets (which come on a perforated roll).  These are individual sheets (and beware, they often come out of the pack with 2 together).  If you wrap each item in this eg burgers, chops, steaks, whatever, then you will be able to remove them individually from the freezer.

**Q: Are these bags or sheets? The title says sheets - the description says bags!**
A: They are sheets
