Those just come with velcro strips** A: Pennsylvania and New Jersey have been shipping rectangular EZ Pass transponders that come with transparent suction cups: they look just like the SunPass and UNI Pass transponders. If you have a rectangular EZ Pass with velcro strips, the silicone skin will fit and you can attach the transponder to the windshield with the strips, but the suction cups can't be applied. If you have the rectangular NJ pass with interlocking strips (with flat back side), we do not make a specific skin for it.
