No thermal insulation around one pair of wires as shown in the picture! *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2018* The kit that I got did NOT come with instructions. It looks pretty straightforward, but still, other reviewers said that it came with instructions, so I'm disappointed in that. If you do buy this part from Grilling Corner, here's a clue. The white wire from the igniter connects to the yellow terminal on the control unit. The black wire from the igniter goes to the black terminal on the control unit. The two thin wires from the button can connect to the control unit either way.A bigger issue: While installing the new igniter today, I found that the kit I got from Grilling Corner has a protective thermal cover around only ONE of the two pairs of wires, not around BOTH, as shown in the picture. The OEM igniter that I replaced had thermal covers around BOTH pairs of wires. That's important because both pairs of wires pass very close to hot metal surfaces, or are in direct contact with hot metal surfaces, and the igniter might fail when the plastic around the unprotected wires melts, shorting it out. Very disappointed, but too late now to return. The igniter is already in place. If the wire melts and shorts out, I guess I'll have to replace it again. But not with one from Grilling Corner. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than OEM *by 6***D on Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2018* My Weber spirit 210 grill started breaking 2 months after the warranty went out on the igniter and gas regulator. This igniter sparks faster than the original and looks and fits exactly like original.
