It stays on the shelf ( check expiration date) once you open it goes in to the refrigerator. It tastes great, you couldn’t tell that it was long life milk- such a handy product to have when you come back from a vacation and you need a good cup of tea - ( not that powdered milk lumpy crap ) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was a gift. However I have been told that this milk is very good....organic whole milk so getting your omega 3s. It is A2which is a protein that is easier for digestion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for the protein and doesn’t need to be refrigerated! *by T***A on January 19, 2024* Let me start by saying I did not get mine here I got it at Costco.I exercise regularly and something that I’ve looked into is how much protein you need in order to just maintain muscle, that’s not including building it. Sometimes it can be a bit hard to push meat or food proteins. This milk tastes great by itself, there’s no need to refrigerate it unless you don’t finish it AND in case you didn’t read the label it has 8g of protein. I mix it with my protein powder and now I have 28g protein in a literal gulp that’s not even including my meal, and this is a great source even by itself.For those that aren’t as interested in the protein benefits. As stated it doesnt need to be refrigerated, organic and has a decent amount of Vitamin A and D.
