Years ago I used some product where the solution got mixed with another product and it warmed up. This may have been the Toni years, not sure. The plastic bottles have become stiffer and are difficult to use except for the neutralizer bottle. Would appreciate all bottles being maleable especially for those of us with arthritic hands.
