Review: Uneven shelves - UPDATE: I changed my rating from 3 to 5 star because customer service reached out to me and offered me a full refund and also offered to send me a new product. So while my original review below still stands, they did offer to make it right and make sure I was happy! Overall, I really do like the piece. It was fairly easy to assemble and it looks nice. My biggest issue, and why I can’t give it five stars, is that the divots in the bottom of the shelf were cut uneven, so I can’t get it to sit flat. I’ve tried to fit it every which way and I can’t get it to sit correctly. I may try to cut my own divots to get better functionality, but I shouldn’t have to. I have seen other reviews where the shelf is fine, so just beware if buying that it’s luck of the draw on whether pieces are cut correctly.
