I contacted customer service and the only option they gave was to do a return.I've kept hold of it for now and managed to work out some of the problems I was having were to do with settings on my devices, rather than with the matrix itself. I still can't get HDMI CEC to work though, which is disappointing.Remote is good and quite clear, I personally don't need to output different sources to different screens, but the option is available.Auto-switching is a great addition and something that a more expensive matrix I've tried didn't have. I haven't really needed to use the remote much at all because of that.Overall, once you get it working it's brilliant and does pretty much everything it's supposed to. We first installed it sat under a sky mini ‘Q box and it interferes badly with the signals to the sky box - so bad we couldn’t watch anything. Unplugged and back to sky box on its own and all good. We will try it in a different location and see if that works…..Update. Moved the unit below the sky box - there’s now a DVD player between them. And it’s working fine.
