It is exactly what it looks like, it's huge and reasonably priced. My kids love it and have been playing with it for months on our dining room table.So why the terrible review? Because when we lifted it up today, it left behind sticky adhesive "dots" from all the grips on the bottom. Hundreds of them. And if I scrub them off, they leave behind indelible white dots on the table finish. I have no idea how to fix this, but I think I'm going to have to refinish my whole table.There is no reason a play mat should cause this kind of damage to a wood surface. It is supposed to PROTECT the surface. The one we received laid nicely flat. My 5 year old and 3 year old granddaughters loved it, especially when small Disney princess figures and a few horse figures were added. My daughter thought I paid much more for it than I did.
