Well, we have had it for almost 2 years, it gets used at least 4 times per day by my family, and it still works like it did on the day it was delivered! It is easy to work with a great remote. It only needs a few inches behind the chair which is great so it does not need to be placed in the middle of the room in order to work. The leg massage is incredible! Since then, the left arm air bags have started & stopped working several times.
