## Overview

The Joseph Joseph Milltop Salt Mill features an innovative inverted grinding mechanism that prevents mess by releasing salt from the top. Made from elegant beech wood and equipped with a durable ceramic grinder, it offers adjustable grind sizes via a stainless-steel twist top. Its easy twist-off base ensures quick refills, making it a stylish and practical addition to any modern kitchen.

## Description

Conventional salt & pepper mills often create mess by leaving excess grounds on surfaces when placed down. The simple, elegant design of Milltop Wood avoids this problem as the grinding mechanism is at the top of the mill, which means any excess grounds fall back inside the unit after use. To use, simply hold the mill at an angle and twist the base to grind and to adjust the grinding size, rotate the stainless-steel top. Made from beautiful, natural beech wood, the design also features a tough, ceramic grinding mechanism and is very easy to fill via a twist-off base. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Review: Good design overall, but doesn't hold much - Aesthetically pleasing, easy to use and adjust grind size. The only downside is that they don't hold much and will need to be refilled more frequently than my last grinder set.

## Features

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good design overall, but doesn't hold much
*by B***E on 31 July 2025*

Aesthetically pleasing, easy to use and adjust grind size. The only downside is that they don't hold much and will need to be refilled more frequently than my last grinder set.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ not ideal when precision is needed
*by M***I on 1 January 2026*

It does the job, but it tends to hold some ground salt and then release it all at once, which is not ideal when precision is needed.
