I wanted to use a flash wirelessly with my Yashica Mat 124G so I ordered a PC Sync Male to Male cable and a Pixel Hot Shoe Converter. The Pixel had 4/5 star rating but did not work for my set up. I brought this today and it worked immediately. I think this would work for pretty much any camera that does not have a PC sync cable. You won't be able to use any other modes between your flash and your camera apart from triggering the flash.
