I bought the chocolate flavor, and it has a good mouth feel, and taste. #2 - Ingredients include natural flavors and natural sweetener (stevia). I gave the Nutricost brand a try after my FORMER favorite (Optimum Nutrition) switched to sucrose and artificial flavoring. I'm grateful that Nutricost has a natural option, and it looks like this will be my go to brand for protein in the future. #3 - Mixing Quality - So far it's okay. When you mix the Nutricost protein in a mixing bottle, and drink it immediately after mixing it's a little bit grainy. I'm going to experiment with it more, but it seems like if you let it sit for a minute, or if you mix in warm coffee and let it sit for a minute, it will fully dissolve.
