I bought these for my wife for Xmas and, from what I saw, it was just the bands in the bag. However, any resistance exercise you do with them does the trick. I put one on my two wrists and started doing some fly exercises and was worn out sooner than I thought. **Q: Can i use these loop bands for arms?and use for women ?** A: Yes you can but I don't really recommend them because they slip easily or roll up. I stopped using mine because I had to keep putting them back in place after a few reps over and over again **Q: I am trying to get rid of the belly. will this loop workout bands help?** A: No these will not help you lose your belly. That requires dietary change.
