Whether spicy, sweet or sour - our natural tofu can be processed in any direction. Due to its solid consistency, it is ideal for searing. Before you process the tofu, dab it with a paper towel or let it drain for a long time. If you are not processing the whole tofu, place the tofu in a bowl and cover with fresh water. So your tofu keeps fresh in the fridge for three to four days. Change water daily.
