Beide brauchen viel Lackpflege und ich nutze entweder ein gutes Sprühwachs oder das Carnauba Wachs von Route 66.Mit diesen Mikrofasertüchern lässt sich beides extrem gut abtragen und auspolieren. Die Tücher fusseln nicht, sind nicht zu dick und nicht zu dünn. Und haben eine gute Größe.Ich hatte schon teurere Tücher im Einsatz, mit denen ich nicht so zufrieden war.Die Waschmaschine haben sie auch unbeschadet überstanden. Nicht nur weil sie tun wofür sie gedacht sind, sondern weil man auch mal guten Gewissens Stellen mitnehmen kann, die vielleicht nicht so sauber geworden sind. Einfach etwas falten und mehrlagig arbeiten und sachte loslegen.Wenn man ohne den Heißluftföhn am Ende einer Waschstraße auskommen muss, würde ich allerdings 4 Tücher empfehlen mitzunehmen.Wenn ich in den Genuß eines Föhns gekommen bin, reicht 1 Tuch aus und habe dann eben 1 als Reserve. Mit dem Tuch mach ich die gesamte Außenhaut, überall wo Lack zu sehen ist. Türen öffnen und jeden Tropfen aufnehmen der auch evtl. zwischen die Räume gekommen ist. Motorhaube wird auch innen "gereinigt" und getrocknet, wobei die Reinigung mit dem Wasser durchgeführt, welches zuvor mit dem Tuch aufgenommen wurde.
