I double checked this before purchasing because I heard they often don't come with mounting plates but the pictures implied they did and the other answers reassured me. They shouldn't have - I now have to sort mounting plates and they'll take a week to arrive! **Q: have lost the adjuster screw on the top hinge on one door.......... any ideas?** A: Sorry, we did not provide hinge screw indenpendently on Amazon. We recommend you to make new replacement if your current hinges performance not well. Thanks **Q: how to ajust hinge** A: You can turn off the soft- closing damper function by the button on the hinge cup (see first photo).
