Maybe it's because olive oil's more fluid than cocoa butter, but it was really smooth and creamy. It had a strong chocolat cake flavor, though not overpowering, and slight notes of fruit. I highly recommend trying this, even without considering the additional antioxidants. Personally, I think it'd make a great gift, as long as the recipient appreciates high-quality chocolate.
