Starnuo was happy to replace them for free. Great company to purchase from and great customer service. Headphones are great for the price. ### ⭐⭐ Missleading publication. Bad quality product. *by D***Z on February 9, 2018* I made a lot of research before deciding for this item. I made my decision based on specs and customer reviews. I bought this item after I lost my Polk Audio UltraFocus 6000i headphones, trying to find something as good as the pol-k but with rechargable battery instead of AAA battery. I thogth that giving a chance to a unknown brand would be a good idea but... Overall quality is low (finishing, cable, case, buttons). Publication information is MISLEADING: Plug is not gold platted. By far the "up to 40dB noise attenaution" IS FALSE. The device reduces low freq noise relativelly well, but not higher frequencies. The headphone catches A LOT of AC line noise if connected to a AC plugged device. The device produced a quite noticeable background white noise when are on. MIC quality is bad, realy bad. The sound quality is average-low. This device compares to a $30 headphone. Price-quality ratio totally unbalance. This publication is a fraud. ### ⭐⭐ Poor audio and poor noise cancelling.
