It works for me stays hot for 1.5hrs but still drinkable 2hrs plus. If longer time required 4+ hrs I use a different flask and then top this one up when needed **Q: Can you use this for fizzy drinks** A: I would assume not. Use the original container or if that’s too big to carry comfortably - I would choose another drink as the pressure from the fizzy drink whilst carrying it, may make the lid to pop off. This is just advice as I have never carried a fizzy drink in an insulated cup.
