And is it washable? Wanting to use this in a bathroom.** A: Hi. I highly doubt it is waterproof or washable. It is more of a mat than a rug. It is basically a very short and dense print on a fabric/material that resembles corduroy or cheap velour. Mine is in a bedroom but if necessary I would spot clean it with a damp rag. Personally, I would not put it in a bathroom. It is just a vintage look on an inexpensive material but rather stiff. Certainly not to go in a washing machine. Hope that helps.
