## Description

A pack of 25 - 50mm dia x 10mm thick x 6.5mm hole Ferrite Pot Magnet. The NORTH pole is on the centre of the front face and the SOUTH is on the outer edge around it (both poles are on the same face). These Magnets do not require any protective plating.  Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 18kg vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface of equal thickness to the magnet. Each magnet can also support up to 3.6kgs in a shear position before beginning to slide down a steel surface under the same conditions. These magnets can be fitted to the end of a rope by the 6mm Cap Head Screw and have a maximum operating temperature of 180 degrees C.  These magnets have a chrome plated steel shell with a plain through hole to accept a bolt or screw. The ferrite magnet is bonded inside the steel shell and is set back from the contact surface so that the mild steel shell takes the impact and the ferrite magnet does not chip.
